About the Role

We’re seeking a Project Manager - Branding & Digital with deep agency experience to join their growing team. You will manage the end-to-end delivery of projects across branding, digital, and content. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. You’ll ensure smooth project execution by managing timelines, scopes, budgets, and communications across multiple projects while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.

Work hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST

Work set-up: Remote

What you’ll do

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery across branding, web, and content—from initial brief to final launch.

  • Own project scopes, budgets, timelines, and communications to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including strategy, design, and development, and liaise with external clients to keep everyone aligned.

  • Translate briefs into clear project plans and actionable tasks.

  • Oversee QA and testing of digital deliverables before presenting to clients or launching live.

  • Forecast workloads and resourcing needs with the support of directors to manage capacity effectively

  • Identify and resolve roadblocks proactively to keep projects moving smoothly.
