Location: Fully Remote (PH-based candidates only)

Schedule: US Timezone (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST with a 1-hour break)

Monthly Salary: $1,500 – $2,200 USD

A manufacturing company serving the construction and woodworking industries is looking for a highly detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to support its growing operations. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the company’s made-to-order production process by managing quote generation, validating order details, and maintaining data integrity.

While much of the data entry workflow is automated, each product is customized, requiring thoughtful manual review before confirmation. The specialist is expected to handle a high volume of daily quote submissions—typically between 50 and 80.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and manage product data to generate customer quotes
  • Verify all order details for accuracy and completeness before final confirmation
  • Communicate with customers via email to clarify specifications or resolve discrepancies
  • Cross-check information from multiple data sources to ensure consistency
  • Flag and report any unusual or incorrect order submissions to the appropriate team
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all processed quotes and order confirmations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow from submission to production

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and data management tools
  • Excellent written communication skills for clear and professional customer correspondence
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
  • Able to manage time effectively and meet daily productivity goals
  • Familiarity with the following tools (or ability to learn quickly):

- Microsoft Outlook

- Microsoft Access

- HubSpot

- Airtable

- Slack

Hardware & Connectivity Requirements:

  • The company's pricing system is built using Microsoft Access, which requires above-average computing capabilities. Minimum hardware requirements include:

- Windows 11 Pro PC

- 10th-gen Intel i5 / Ryzen 5 processor (or better)

- 16 GB RAM, 512 GB NVMe SSD

- Dual monitor setup

- Internet speed: 100 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload

- Webcam, headset, and full keyboard with numeric keypad
