We’re looking for a high-agency operator to step in as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) and own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and P&L of one of our most promising product lines. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role designed for a growth-minded builder who thrives in fast-moving, zero-to-one environments.

 

The EIR will lead a dedicated “tiger team” and operate with full autonomy to scale the product line—working across growth, data, product marketing, and GTM functions to validate, grow, and scale. This is an ideal role for someone who has previously built or scaled product growth, GTM and knows how to turn insights into revenue.
What You'll Do
  • Own and grow an existing product line with full P&L responsibility
  • Develop and execute the GTM strategy from positioning to pricing to distribution
  • Build and lead a matrixed “tiger team” with cross-functional support from Product, Marketing, and Sales
  • Define and iterate on key growth loops across acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention
  • Partner with leadership to scale what works and sunset what doesn’t—fast
  • Leverage data to make fast, informed decisions and maintain tight feedback loops
Who You Are
  • You’ve built or scaled a product-led business before, ideally at a startup or as an early marketing/growth hire
  • You’re fluent in growth, product marketing, and user behavior—and you use data to drive nearly every decision
  • You’ve owned or had exposure to P&L and are excited by the accountability that comes with it
  • You’ve led zero-to-one launches or turnarounds and know how to balance scrappy experimentation with scalable systems
  • You’re a collaborative leader who knows how to influence without authority and rally teams toward a shared goal
