What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a protected territory in your local area

  • Build relationships with businesses across industries including construction, HVAC, automotive, and manufacturing

  • Promote a wide product catalog of over 100,000 MRO items

  • Deliver outstanding service and support to clients

  • Work independently while receiving ongoing training and field support

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of outside sales, territory management, or B2B sales experience

  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong follow-through

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

  • Comfortable using digital tools like an iPad or CRM

Additional Information
  • Salary: $70,000–$90,000 base + uncapped commission

  • Company vehicle, fuel card, iPad, and phone

  • Paid training program and continuous support

  • Full benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k) with match

  • No weekends – Monday to Friday schedule
