What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-minded Growth Marketer to lead our global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program. In this role, you’ll design and deliver high-impact, full-funnel campaigns tailored to key accounts across digital channels.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Developing and overseeing a global, multi-channel ABM strategy that aligns with key B2B segments and growth objectives.
  • Translating insights from sales and data teams into tailored strategies for priority accounts, and collaborating with marketing and creative partners to ensure relevant messaging throughout the buyer journey.
  • Building repeatable ABM playbooks and frameworks to support scalability across regions and verticals, with an emphasis on digital channels.
  • Testing, learning, and iterating to drive continuous performance improvements and boost account engagement at scale.
  • Partnering with regional field marketing, sales, and BDR teams to align on account selection, campaign timing, and cross-channel activation plans.
  • Managing digital campaign planning, creative development, and execution workflows with internal and agency resources—ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Ensuring digital touchpoints are well coordinated with offline activities led by field marketers to create a cohesive end-user experience.
  • Partnering with martech, data, and operations teams to maintain and optimize the ABM tech stack—ensuring smooth campaign execution, data accuracy, and platform integration.
  • Collaborating with data teams to define and build dashboards that track account-level KPIs, engagement benchmarks, and overall campaign health.
  • Becoming an expert on program performance and pipeline impact by monitoring key KPIs, identifying insights to inform future targeting, personalization, and budget decisions.
  • Reporting on performance and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

  • You possess strong & deep experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, with a track record of scaling global, enterprise ABM strategies across digital channels.
  • You think strategically and act tactically—comfortable shaping high-level plans and rolling up your sleeves to execute them.
  • You understand B2B buying behaviors deeply and have successfully managed multi-million dollar budgets.
  • You have a strong grasp of personalization, segmentation, and targeting strategies within an ABM framework.
  • You bring hands-on experience with ABM tech stacks, including tools like 6Sense, Demandbase, or Rollworks.
  • You’re skilled at working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholder groups, including sales, creative, marketing, and data teams.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace experimentation, and actively seek out learning opportunities.
  • You have exceptional communication skills and are effective at aligning stakeholders and managing complex projects.

About the team

Canva’s B2B Growth Marketing team is on a mission to become a widely loved and used product in organizations across the globe. As part of that mission, we’re focused on driving awareness of Canva as an all-in-one workplace design tool, and we’re responsible for the acquisition, adoption, and expansion of workplace teams by generating leads and pipeline for the sales team. We do this by identifying areas of high impact, building growth strategies, and launching campaigns & experiments across our GTM motions. We specialize across all marketing channels, and we embed our hypotheses with data and insights to drive clear business value.

As the ABM lead, you’ll partner closely with various sales, marketing, creative and data teams to identify target accounts, craft value-led messaging, and activate campaigns that deliver a best-in-class user experience. You’ll build and scale programs that create demand, accelerate pipeline, and drive measurable business impact.
