Job description

Company Description

Catch22 exists to help build a society where everyone has a good place to live, good people around them, and a fulfilling purpose. We call these our '3Ps'.

We achieve this in two ways. First, we improve lives on the frontline through delivery of public services. Secondly, we use our knowledge to change 'the system', to fix the complex web that can trap and disempower those it was set up to help. With the heart of a charity and the mindset of a business, we are uniquely placed to deliver on this challenging agenda.

Our Justice Hub tackles some of the most pressing social issues – including gang involvement and youth violence – by equipping professionals and services with the tools to respond effectively.

Job Description

As the Gangs and Violence Reduction Training Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and developing training that empowers professionals to support individuals at risk of gang involvement and exploitation.

You'll lead CPD-certified and internal training programs on topics such as gang awareness, youth violence, restorative practices, and conflict resolution. Working across Catch22 and external partners, you’ll bring deep expertise in the criminal justice system and violence reduction to ensure our training is impactful, accessible, and relevant.

This is an opportunity to shape national training strategy, manage stakeholder engagement, and oversee the financial and operational delivery of a training portfolio that is critical to tackling gang-related issues across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver face-to-face and online training to internal staff and external partners.

  • Design, monitor, and update training content to ensure relevance and quality.

  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communication strategy.

  • Promote training offers through blogs, articles, and media.

  • Manage training logistics, budgets, and quality assurance in line with CPD standards.

  • Analyse data and feedback to evaluate and improve training outcomes.

  • Coordinate student placements and collaborate across internal teams.

  • Support the Business Development team with bids and proposals.
