Company Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Strategy Lead - Multi-Dwelling Units to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Brightspeed's MDU business. Your primary objective is to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that drives growth, optimizes performance, and fosters collaboration across teams.

As Sales Strategy Lead - Multi-Dwelling Units, your duties and responsibilties will include:

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Conduct meetings with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) across South, North, and East regions to identify synergies and differences
  • Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to understand their daily operations and challenges
  • Engage with the Community Transformation Team to align on roles and responsibilities

Business Analysis:

  • Assess current MDU business performance, including module breakdown, bulk vs. non-bulk sales, and marketing agreement status
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as activation rates, average revenue per user (ARPU), and sales by channel
  • Evaluate existing compensation plans and identify areas for improvement

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Review and refine the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with vendor teams to ensure adequate sales support
  • Strengthen partnerships with TSMs and explore opportunities to increase sales through community engagement

Reporting & Performance Measurement:

  • Evaluate current reporting systems and identify gaps in performance measurement
  • Develop strategies to improve accountability and track progress against MDU targets and goals

Market & Product Analysis:

  • Analyze Brightspeed's current footprint and product offerings by state, distinguishing between fiber and non-fiber services
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and enhancement of product offerings

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Engage with the Business Development Manager (BDM) team to understand the current sales funnel and handoff processes
  • Collaborate with the Engineering/Construction team to streamline processes for new MDU property developments
  • Work with the Marketing team to align overall strategy with MDU-specific initiatives, including offers, promotions, and referral programs

Job Description

  • Bachelor's eDgree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales strategy, with at least 3 years in telecommunications
  • Proven track record of developing and executing data-driven strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing customer bases with subscription services is highly desirable
