We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) to join our team and contribute to the success of our power semiconductor and integrated circuit products. Our technology portfolio includes MOSFETs, IGBTs, thyristors, diodes, gate drivers, and solid-state relays.

This role serves as a vital link between engineering and marketing—shaping product messaging, creating high-impact technical content, and supporting customer-facing initiatives with deep system-level understanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for our power semiconductor portfolio, supporting both internal teams and external customers.

  • Develop compelling technical collateral, including application notes, white papers, reference designs, and presentations.

  • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to guide product roadmaps based on market needs and technical trends.

  • Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and webinars—demonstrating thought leadership and application expertise.

  • Provide technical support across cross-functional teams during new product introductions, marketing campaigns, product characterization, and go-to-market execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in power electronics, semiconductor applications, or related technical/marketing roles.

  • Strong technical knowledge of power semiconductor components: MOSFETs, IGBTs, diodes, thyristors, gate drivers, and solid-state relays.

  • Familiarity with key applications including:

    • Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

    • Data Center Power Distribution

    • Renewable Energy Systems

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • PCB design and layout

    • Circuit design and simulation tools (e.g., LTspice, PLECS, etc.)

    • Lab testing and validation using oscilloscopes, power analyzers, etc.

    • 3D modeling tools for mechanical/electrical system visualization

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong customer orientation with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of EMC and thermal considerations in power system design.

  • Experience creating digital technical content—videos, blog posts, webinars, etc.

  • Prior experience in technical marketing, field applications engineering, or technical sales support.

  • Understanding of regulatory and safety standards (e.g., UL, IEC) in power electronics.

  • Familiarity with advanced productivity and automation tools, such as AI, large language models (LLMs), Microsoft Power Apps, or similar.

Salary Range:

$84,400 - $118,120

The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
