THE POSITION
In this role the Warranty Specialists will call existing, previous and customer shopping for a home warranty that will cover the repair or replacement of homeowners' most vital home systems and appliances. As well as customers who have received a flyer, email or postcard with a micro warranty promotion.
WHAT YOU DO
Upsell additional services to existing customer.
Reactivate previous warranty accounts that were cancelled for numerous reasons and offer a more affordable Warranty.
Re engage previously interested customers or customer shopping for a warranty with a more affordable warranty.
Receive inbound calls, request reference number and upsell micro-warranty.
Make outbound calls from our calling queue
Manage and document the sales process in our CRM tool
Evaluate consumer’s financial needs and identify where our services can help
Use a script to help guide each call and sell our service
In the future, we will offer additional homeowners' services.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Pay rate: MXN $85.00 pesos an hour
Monthly Potential bonus: Entry-level performer from MXN $2,775 to MXN $3,700 | Average performer: from MXN $7,400 to MXN $8,000
Career path:
On 3rd month: if the agent is dialing properly and has at least 4–5 sales per pay period and no major attendance issues, we will increase it to MXN $97.00 per hour
On 7th month: There is an opportunity of getting an increase to MXN $103.00 per hour, based on results.
On 11th month: There is an opportunity of getting an increase to MXN $111.00 per hour, based on results.

WHAT YOU BRING:
Prior closing and sales experience
Live the porch values which included the positive attitude and pride that stems from doing great work.
Be ambitious and have a strong desire to work in a fast-moving sales and customer service environment

Strong listening and verbal communication skills
Regular attendance and punctuality are essential to our business
Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
