Overview:

We are seeking a Sr. Director of Business Intelligence to lead the strategic development, optimization, and governance of our proprietary business-decisioning tools that underpin Client Delivery operations across Media. You will be a key liaison between the product team, data-adjacent functions, and business stakeholders, ensuring accurate workforce planning, financial forecasting, and executive reporting.

You will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our Media data infrastructure and driving cost-saving initiatives through tool innovation, development, and data accuracy. The Sr. Director will oversee the full lifecycle of business intelligence tools, including front-end UX/UI design and back-end development, ensuring continued performance and usability at scale.

This is a remote position, reporting to Vice President, RMO, Client Delivery Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the design, development, and end-to-end maintenance of proprietary Client Delivery decisioning platforms, ensuring system stability, scalability, and usability.
  • You will be the primary owner of the UI/UX strategy for Media forecasting and planning tools, serving as both strategist and full-stack developer.
  • You will be a strategic partner to Finance, Executive Leadership, and Client Delivery leads, supporting critical staff cost forecasting and operational planning initiatives.
  • You will ensure business continuity and data accuracy by managing enhancements, governance, and optimization of internal tools.
  • You will translate business needs into technical solutions and actionable insights, providing scalable workflows, improved forecasting, and real-time analytics.
  • You will maintain alignment with the Product team to manage application enhancements, timelines, and cross-functional delivery.
  • You will support data integration with enterprise systems (including ERP platforms) to ensure visibility and strategic use of resource data.
  • You will partner with Client Delivery leadership to identify gaps, document processes, and implement process automation and efficiency improvements.
  • You will lead ad-hoc data projects and reporting projects that enhance visibility into operational performance and cost-management strategies.
  • You will present complex data findings and system enhancements to our senior stakeholders, including the C-suite.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or related roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Expertise in both front-end UX/UI and full-stack development of business tools or applications.
  • Experience managing data infrastructure and reporting tools in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Deep understanding of workforce planning, financial forecasting, and operational analytics.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience integrating or supporting ERP platforms and enterprise-level data systems is preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000- $182,850. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
