How you will contribute

As a Global People Insights Analyst, you will be part of the Global Reporting and Insights team that provides analytics solutions to Mondelēz Business Units.  In this role, you will partner and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful insights. You will leverage your coding, statistical and analytics skills to execute ad-hoc analyses and manage the creation and maintenance of automated reports pertaining to key HR and Culture metrics. 

Accountabilities:

  • Create and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and Culture metrics to identify trends and develop insights
  • Apply statistical techniques and machine learning models to support business decisions
  • Collaborate regularly with People Team to communicate KPI results and convey insights with data storytelling
  • Ensures proper and thorough documentation of progress reviews and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement or automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting

What you will bring

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Experience analyzing data and uncovering insights through modern techniques such as statistical analyses and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong experience in statistics and a coding language such as Python or R is a must
  • Proficient knowledge in regression-based modeling, hypotheses testing and analysis of drivers is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Competently troubleshoot report related issues and resolve issuess
