Description

We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken customer service agent to join our team and answer questions and requests from our customers. The responsibilities of the customer service agent include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services.

The ideal candidate should be well-spoken with a professional demeanour and strong customer service and computer skills.

Customer Service Consultant Responsibilities:

·        Keep abreast on company protocols and work procedures.

·        Provide online troubleshooting by chat, phone calls & emails.

·        Professionally handle high volume incoming inquiries from customers.

·        Achieve up-sales, conversions and decline solutions by chat and phone calls.

·        Resolve customer queries while keeping both the company and customer’s best interest in mind.

·        Work according to departmental and company protocols and work procedures.

·        Maintain an excellent customer satisfaction level for chat, email, and phone.

·        Perform proactive phone calls to customers according to predefined segments.

·        Report relevant departments regarding site issues, in accurate content and troubleshooting.

·        Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers

·        Report in a timely manner customer escalations.

·        Maintain a clean work environment and respect office equipment.


Requirements

  • ·        English Written and spoken at mother tongue level.
  • ·        Additional languages – an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Cricket sports code
  • ·        Excellent Computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office tools).
  • ·        Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills in English.
  • ·        Promote Team Player and positive attitude.
  • ·        Ability to learn and adapt in a fast and dynamic environment.
  • ·        Previous experience as a Customer Services representative – a must.
  • ·        Previous experience in the Gaming industry– an advantage.
  • ·        Experience in Sales – an advantage.
  • ·        Ability to cope under pressure and in a stressful environment. 
  • ·        Willingness to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, possible holidays and occasional overtime when needed.
  • ·        Ability to multi-task between different responsibilities
