JOB DESCRIPTION:

Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project Global Service Delivery AIL. The client is a company that focuses on the exploration and production of oil and natural gas, committed to sustainable practices and innovation in energy solutions.
Typical work involves managing SharePoint Online sites, groups, and Teams, activating guest users, and addressing issues related to OneDrive and OneNote. Additionally, we handle migrations using the Sharegate tool, including site-to-site and external drive migrations. She has demonstrated strong knowledge and expertise in all these areas, making her a suitable candidate for the SharePoint Online Administrator role.

Responsibilities:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Master proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online Administration is required. Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online is recommended. Expert proficiency in IT Troubleshooting and Engineering Support is suggested. Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance system functionality. Provide training and support to team members on software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems. Document processes and maintain records of system changes and updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience. 
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online.
• Master proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online.
• Good written and verbal communication skills. 
• English advance.
