How You Will Contribute:

As a Resource Management Specialist, you will support the end-to-end lifecycle of contingent resources—covering onboarding, offboarding, time reporting, invoicing, and recruitment coordination. You’ll work closely with vendor partners, internal teams, ITAM, and Accounts Payable to ensure smooth operational delivery and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes in Workday and Kantata.
  • Coordinate with vendor partners to ensure timely onboarding, system access, and equipment setup.
  • Handle Smart ticket creation, laptop requests, and welcome communications.
  • Monitor time reporting, track unsubmitted timesheets, and audit monthly utilization data.
  • Receive and reconcile invoices against timesheets and POs; resolve discrepancies with partners and Accounts Payable.
  • Manage PO requests, updates, and closures; identify unused balances for cost optimization.
  • Support recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, feedback follow-ups, and vendor communication.
  • Assist in audit preparation and internal reporting related to resource utilization and compliance.

The Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in resource management, including onboarding, invoicing, and vendor coordination.
  • Exposure to recruitment support activities and coordination.
  • Strong skills in Kantata, Workday, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with invoice processing.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

Assets:

  • Certifications:
    • Certification in IT support or resource management is a plus.
