Job description

This is a remote position.

An independent life coach, focused on holistic personal coaching, is looking for a results-driven  Lead Generator and Virtual Assistant to help streamline and scale up the sales and outreach systems of their business. This is remote role that requires one to two hours per day initially, with more hours going forward, as the business grows.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead Generation
  • Research and identify potential leads (entrepreneurs, creatives, high-performers, founders)
  • Cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, Instagram DMs (using personalised scripts)
  • Track responses and follow-ups in a CRM (e.g., Notion, Trello, or HubSpot)
  • Set up initial appointment calls and pre-qualify leads with a short intake form
Automation and Funnel Support
  • Set up and manage email automations (e.g., welcome sequences, lead nurturing)
  • Assist with building/maintaining sales funnels and landing pages (Kajabi, ConvertKit, etc.)
  • Upload and schedule social content that drives traffic to lead magnets or application forms
  • Manage automated DMs or chatbot sequences for Instagram or Facebook

Client and Course Support
  • Onboard new coaching clients: send contracts, intake forms, welcome kits
  • Manage course admin: add/remove users, send reminders, track attendance
  • Support community engagement in course platform (e.g., School or Circle)
  • Keep coaching calendar organised and ensure no lead or client falls through the cracks


Requirements

Skills & Tools (Highly Preferred)

  • CRM platforms (Notion, HubSpot, Trello)
  • Email automation tools (ConvertKit, MailerLite, ActiveCampaign)
  • Funnel/landing page builders (Kajabi, Leadpages, HighLevel)
  • Social media tools (Later, Metricool, Canva, ChatGPT prompts for content)
  • Scheduling (Calendly, TidyCal, Google Calendar)


Ideal Traits

  • Self-starter who can manage tasks without hand-holding
  • Previous experience generating leads and engaging with potential 
  • Highly organised and responsive
  • Comfortable with conscious/holistic brands and language
  • Sales-focused mindset with a heart-led approach
