• Track and manage software license renewals and new requests across Atlassian, AWS, and third-party tools
• Request, compare, and record vendor quotes using existing templates
• Maintain a central licensing register with seats, cost centres, expiry dates, and environment tags
• Support onboarding and offboarding by managing licensing-related tasks
• Prepare accurate license estimates and quote summaries for pre-sales
• Maintain version-controlled quotes aligned to funding criteria where applicable
• Draft and reconcile invoices based on licensing and recurring service data
• Track payment status, escalate overdue items, and maintain invoicing records
• Coordinate AWS and Atlassian funding submissions, milestones, and supporting evidence
• Support customer growth by preparing licensing proposals, usage reports, and partner value summaries
