Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00AM-5:00PM Jacksonville Time with 1 hr unpaid break


Responsibilities:
  • Cold call and email into larger mid-market companies to generate interest and schedule appointments for the account management team.
  • Use Apollo.io to manage outbound sequences and track engagement.
  • Identify key decision-makers and qualify prospects based on target criteria.
  • Craft personalized messaging to increase response rates and appointment conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and results in Apollo.io and CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to ensure smooth hand-off of qualified leads.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for outreach volume and booked meetings.
  • Stay informed about company offerings and market trends to communicate value to prospects effectively.
  • Continuously improve outreach strategies based on feedback and performance data.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in cold calling and email outreach, preferably in a B2B or mid-market environment
  • Familiarity with Apollo.io or similar outreach and CRM tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft personalized messages
  • Ability to identify and qualify key decision-makers based on set criteria
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Goal-driven and able to meet weekly/monthly outreach and appointment targets
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with account managers
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt outreach strategies based on feedback and performance data
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
