Key Responsibilities:
Clearly communicate job openings and career opportunities via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
Create a warm and engaging candidate experience that fosters trust and transparency.
Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates, including no-shows and post-interview check-ins.
Use innovative sourcing strategies (social media, virtual events, etc.) to attract top talent.
Manage multiple requisitions efficiently, tracking applications and interview logistics.
Actively engage with CNA schools and training programs to build a talent pipeline.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards with confidence and accuracy.
Listen attentively to candidate needs and adapt communication accordingly.
Adjust quickly to changes in hiring processes, job scopes, and technologies.
Analyze recruitment data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies.
Foster strong candidate relationships, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout the process.
Maintain the highest level of ethics and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or talent acquisition
Excellent Communication Skills – Clearly conveys job opportunities and engages applicants through virtual platforms, emails, and phone calls.
Welcoming and Engaging Personality – Creates a friendly and approachable atmosphere, encouraging candidates to feel comfortable and supported.
Innovative Sourcing Techniques – Uses creative and tech-savvy methods to find and attract potential candidates, such as social media outreach and virtual events.
Strong Organizational Skills – Can manage multiple job openings, applications, and interviews with accuracy and efficiency..
Technical Proficiency – Confident using virtual tools like ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), video conferencing software, and online job boards.
Adaptable – Can easily adjust to new technologies, job requirements, and changes in the recruiting process.
Ethical and Confidential – Can handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
