Job Description
Provide 24/7 user support for airports and internal TS departments, or support related duties as assigned.
Standardized flight preparation/editing/control for each station
Troubleshooting and first level system support
Manage IRROPS/flight disruptions in Altea in harmony with, PSS , OAL/SOP and Station Managers
Manage aircraft updates after initial flights have been built
DCS outage – coordinate station processes as required
Government outages-coordinate station processes as required
Flight monitoring - Ensuring check-in activity and Flight preparations are properly conducted.
Internal and external reporting, statistical data collection and historical data retrieval
Ensure compliance with government regulated watch lists
Station liaison for negative passenger vetting result resolution
Post flight processing and reporting including investigation of non-compliance reports
Qualifications
Travel and Tourism diploma or equivalent,
Minimum 3 years previous airline or ground handling experience,
Prior knowledge of ALTEA CM and/or other DCS an asset,
Excellent keyboard skills/MS Office,
Proven analytical and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail,
Critical thinker and problem solver, resourceful and responsible,
Strong time management skills; able to meet tight timelines while multi-tasking,
Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills,
Ability to work under extreme pressure,
Strong interpersonal skills; requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and judiciousness,
Punctual and reliable, committed to teamwork,
Able to work flexible hours in a 24/7 environment,
Successful completion of training course and exam mandatory,
Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable security clearances,
Other languages an asset (French /Spanish).
Mandatory COVID-19 vaccination required
Additional Information
A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
