Job description

Reporting to the Sales and Operations (S&OP) manager, the candidate will have to perform the main following tasks:

Conducting in-depth analysis of sales, production and supply chain metrics to identify gaps and opportunities, and give recommendations
Conducting scenario analysis to evaluate the potential impact of changes to the supply chain or production process on the company's financial performance
Conducting operational meeting and workshops with business stakeholders and drive action items
Developing analytical reports to provide valuable insights to top management for decision-making
Helping to support the S&OP process, ensuring all planned business activities are aligned with the financial rolling forecast

To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and experience:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
10 years of experience in a business within supply chain
Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative, and team oriented.
Detail oriented, logical and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for working with data to find insights and tell a story with a presentation.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and analytics tools like Power BI

Assets

S&OP, Supply chain experience in Mining or Heavy industries is a strong asset
Advanced Data Analytics background is preferred
Palantir software knowledge good to have
Bilingual, Fluent in French
