#853 - FP&A Opex COE Support

Job Opportunity available only for residents in Latin America.

We're seeking experienced finance professionals to support our Opex Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, you'll be responsible for financial planning, operational expenditure management, variance analysis, and collaborating with global stakeholders to improve financial processes.

Ideal candidates will have experience with planning tools, cross-functional finance support, and a track record of driving efficiency and insights in FP&A teams.

Qualifications:

• Fluent English level language (B2 or Higher).
• More than 3 years of experience with finance background (FP&A, Opex, budgeting, forecasting, etc.).
• Experience with planning tools like Anaplan or Adaptive is a strong plus, or other tools such as SAP BPC, Oracle FCCS, or similar.
• Data or programming experience is a nice-to-have.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual Opex reports.
• Track and monitor operational expenses against budgets and forecasts.
  
• Maintain and enhance data models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all FP&A systems.
• Assist in the development of detailed Opex budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with business units to gather inputs and assumptions.
• Contribute to cost optimization projects and strategic planning.
