Position Title: Senior Integrations Engineer
Location: Remote - LATAM
What you will be doing:
As a Senior Integrations Engineer, you will independently lead customer onboarding, guiding the integration process from start to finish. In this role, you’ll bring deep expertise in data systems and proactive problem-solving skills to ensure seamless integrations and optimizations. Working closely with data engineers and data scientists, you will drive enhancements, leading integration improvements and data-driven decision-making.
Lead and execute end-to-end integration projects with minimal supervision.
Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to define integration scope and solutions.
Design, implement, and support integration flows using APIs (REST/SOAP), webhooks, and file-based processes
Build and optimize data pipelines using SQL, ETL tools, and scripting languages (e.g., Python).
Work with platforms such as Azure, Salesforce, NetSuite, and EDI for seamless enterprise-level integrations.
Develop internal solutions that outperform third-party iPaaS setups (Digibee), with hands-on work in JSON/YOLT payload structures.
Develop integration solutions using iPaaS tools (Digibee) when required.
Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve integration practices and automation.
Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in integrations engineering or related technical role.
Strong experience with RESTful APIs, data mapping, and system interoperability.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python preferred).
Hands-on experience with Digibee as an integration platform, including working with YOLT-based pipelines and managing JSON payload structures for API-driven workflows.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS).
Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or EDI platforms.
Familiarity with integration platforms like Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato.
Understanding of authentication methods (SSO, OAuth 2.0, API tokens).
Experience with Git and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
Experience with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and workflow scripting.
TMS experience is a plus, especially in logistics or transportation tech contexts.
