Thaloz is seeking a talented and innovative .NET/REST Azure Application Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance applications in the Azure cloud environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable solutions tailored to meet our clients' needs while ensuring robust integration capabilities through RESTful APIs. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in .NET development and a passion for cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy .NET applications that leverage Azure services, ensuring high availability and performance.
• API Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless integration with various systems and services.
• Cloud Services Utilization: Utilize Azure cloud services effectively to enhance application functionalities and optimize cost efficiency.
• Performance Tuning: Conduct performance testing and optimization to ensure applications run smoothly under heavy load.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of application architecture, APIs, and deployment processes.
• Code Review: Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve application issues, providing support for troubleshooting and recovery processes.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• .NET Framework: Extensive experience in .NET Framework and .NET Core technologies for building scalable web applications.
• AWS & Azure Knowledge: Familiarity with Azure cloud services and tools, including Azure Functions, Azure App Services, and Azure API Management.
• RESTful API Development: Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs to enable integration between various applications.
• SQL Server: Proficiency in working with Microsoft SQL Server, including experience with database design, stored procedures, and query optimization.
• Version Control: Solid understanding of version control systems such as Git for code management and collaboration.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile development environments, participating in sprints and iterative development cycles.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Containerization: Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes for deploying cloud applications.
• Microservices Architecture: Familiarity with microservices architecture to build and maintain scalable systems.
• Continuous Integration/Delivery: Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automating the deployment processes.
