The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and curious Production Support Intern for a three month internship. This role will work closely with the front-end development, solution design and support teams to assess and document solutions to challenging customer-facing issues. The ideal candidate will have some experience with software development, relational databases, and a passion for getting to the bottom of any problem. 

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and intricate technical documentation 

• Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and accurate completion of projects

• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues

• Assist with the implementation of software solutions

Who You Are

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline)

• Some experience with software development, data processing and analytics

• Curiosity and enthusiasm

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
