The Position

We are a rapidly growing healthcare technology company seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our product team. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy and leading the development and execution of key products including AI-powered capabilities. Our products use healthcare data to generate actionable business and clinical insights for biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Responsibilities

• Contribute to and execute on our core product’s vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning it with the company's overall vision and goals
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
• Drive the product development process, from ideation to release, using Agile methodologies to deliver awesome products.
• Define and track key product metrics, analyzing user feedback and data to improve the product and drive growth continuously.
• Work closely with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and incorporate it into the product roadmap.
• Be a key voice in product positioning and messaging that differentiates us in the market.
• Drive the definition and delivery of AI-powered capabilities, including data ingestion, model deployment, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to translate business problems into AI/ML product requirements.
• Stay up to date on the latest AI technologies, trends, and regulatory developments in healthcare.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline
• 7+ years designing and delivering world-class products in a Product Management role building enterprise or B2B health technology or healthcare data products is a must
• 2+ years of experience building products that use machine learning, artificial intelligence, or data science
• Understanding of how AI/ML models are trained, validated, tested, and deployed in production environments
• Familiarity with AI development tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI
• Ability to interpret model performance metrics and understand concepts like bias, overfitting, and explainability
• Prior experience working in a growth stage, start-up environment
• Data-driven mindset and deep passion for solving customer problems – big and small
• Strong experience with Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
• Excellent facilitative communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

In addition to our great environment, we offer a competitive salary of $150,000 to $165,000 and benefits package and the opportunity to make a significant impact on a first-in-industry digital health solution.
