Position Overview: Openly is seeking a visionary Claims Director to design, implement, and lead our new Auto Casualty Claims Team. Your mission will be to redefine the handling of complex casualty claims, pushing the boundaries of efficiency, fairness, and policyholder satisfaction within the industry. This pivotal role reports directly to the VP of Claims.
Strategic Responsibility: You will be accountable for optimizing the entire Auto Casualty claims handling process. This involves the strategic integration of specialized vendors, leveraging advanced technology, developing innovative and legally sound process flows, ensuring unwavering regulatory compliance, and establishing a top-tier internal desk adjustment team expert in bodily injury. You will be responsible for building this critical claims process infrastructure from its very inception.

The target salary range represents the budgeted salary range for this position. Actual compensation for this position will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience and skills. The full salary range shows the min to max salary range for this position. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and determined based on various factors including the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.

Depending on position, Employees generally are eligible for cash incentive compensation, including commissions for sales eligible roles. In all cases, eligibility for compensation and benefits is subject to applicable plan and policy terms in effect from time to time.
