About the Role - Analyst, Member Service

The Analyst role provides the opportunity to learn and grow rapidly within the Member Service function. This position provides exceptional client service across all stages of the member journey, including managing member queries and operations related to new and existing investments. The ideal candidate will embrace the role of serving as the “go to” person at Crowd Street, acting as a relationship manager, investor advocate, and educator. The successful candidate will join an established service team and report to a Director, Member Service.  

The top priorities of the Analyst role are to:

  • Serve as ‘investor concierge’ for assigned investors including:
    • Providing customers with exceptional service at all stages of their investment journey
    • Educating members on the benefits of investing with Crowd Street and in private alternative investments, no matter their experience level 
    • Partnering with members to ensure account opening, accreditation and offer processes are efficiently completed
    • Triaging member emails and escalations related to offer, investment, or account needs
  • Support the broader team’s  efforts to provide quality services for our members,  including:
    • Collaborating across teams to enhance member experience
    • Monitoring and tracking investment activity
    • Facilitating capital calls and other post-investment activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketplace Operations, and Investments.  Serve as an advocate for the investor, ensuring we provide a high quality experience and continuously iterate on the platform and process to maintain the highest caliber for members

What We Must Have

  • Bachelor’s level degree, preferably in Real Estate or Finance
  • Relevant  work experience (0-2 years) and/or demonstrated interest in Investor Relations, Alternative Investments, Financial Services or Capital Markets
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63, or willingness to obtain within the first six months
Compensation & Benefits Statement

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year. Compensation and final offer will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
