JOB SUMMARY:

Our group is entering an exciting period of growth and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support this growth by identifying, attracting, assessing, and presenting candidates for roles across the company.

This is where you come in – working directly with our Director, People & Talent, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process across all three entities.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate, develop, and promote our corporate values and culture across the organization.
  • Assess the suitability of candidates for roles within the Chelsea Avondale group, including the review of resumes and candidate profiles to narrow down the talent pool.
  • Effectively screen candidates to develop a short list of qualified talent to present to hiring managers.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience to all potential hires throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Champion our brand and promote the Chelsea Avondale group as an employer of choice by effectively communicating what sets us apart from other organizations.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in full cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver creative and innovative candidate sourcing techniques, including a track record of sourcing passive candidates.
  • Ability to quickly learn a multitude of different functions and roles from claims and underwriting, to finance and engineering, and intimately understand the skill requirements of those different departments to be able to help source the absolute best candidates
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Demonstrated experience promoting company's employment brand.

At Chelsea Avondale, our high performance, fast paced culture is critical to who we are and what we want to achieve. We’re looking for people who are passionate about their work and are excited to help us build a world class insurance company.
