Join Recorded Future as our first-ever Partner Community Manager and build the foundation for a global partner engagement function. In this newly created role, you’ll own and evolve the Partner Portal as the central hub for all digital partner communications, content, and connection. You’ll bring structure, cadence, and clarity to how we scale partner engagement into a high-impact experience that strengthens relationships across our ecosystem. Your work will directly influence which partners we prioritize, how we enable them, and how we unlock the next phase of ecosystem growth.

What You’ll Do as the Partner Community Manager:

  • Own and evolve the Partner Portal to deliver a cohesive and modern digital partner experience
  • Lead the rollout and ongoing administration of Channeltivity, our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tool
  • Create and execute scalable communication programs (newsletters, webinars, product updates)
  • Build and maintain reporting on partner engagement, sentiment, and content performance
  • Develop and operationalize partner scoring models to help internal teams prioritize efforts
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Enablement to curate and publish timely, high-impact content
  • Organize and manage on-demand partner events in partnership with regional teams
  • Build systems and processes that bring structure and scale to partner engagement globally

What You’ll Bring as the Partner Community Manager:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner community building, digital engagement, or content strategy
  • 3+ years of experience administering PRM or community platforms (Channeltivity experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with partner workflows in Salesforce and concepts like deal registration and referrals
  • Strong reporting and systems orientation, with experience building cadence and process from scratch
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Product, and Partner teams
  • A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for building repeatable, high-impact programs
  • Experience in cybersecurity or a similarly complex domain is a strong plus
