Tech Recruiter

Type: Full-Time · Remote (Core hours required: Eastern Time Zone)

The Role

We’re scaling fast, and we need someone who can build strong teams just as quickly. As our Internal Talent Partner, you’ll drive full-cycle recruiting for our technical roles—from sourcing to close—ensuring each hire is a great fit, every time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments and has a knack for aligning hiring speed with quality.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the full candidate journey: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and closing

  • Handle multiple open requisitions without sacrificing candidate experience or hiring standards

  • Lead structured interviews that accurately assess skillsets for engineering, product, and data roles

  • Work closely with hiring managers to fine-tune profiles and ensure clarity at every stage

  • Keep candidates well-informed and engaged throughout the process

  • Use our ATS and sourcing platforms to maintain pipeline health and data accuracy

  • Identify areas for optimization and implement improvements that boost hiring efficiency

What You’ll Need
  • 2–3 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, especially in staffing or high-growth environments

  • Experience filling technical roles and understanding nuanced hiring needs

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills

  • Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems

  • Ability to work within Eastern Time Zone hours and flex across PST when needed

Preferred
  • Self-directed, organized, and outcome-oriented

  • Enthusiastic about improving systems, workflows, and results

  • Experience with fully remote or cross-regional teams
