Role: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Austin, TX

Job Description:

Design and deliver efficient technical software solutions in furtherance of the company’s technical initiatives, relating to multiple software applications. Design, implement, and maintain the company’s comparison software product and other products using Python, Tornado, Django and other modern Technologies. Work closely with other engineers, designers and leadership to rapidly build, iterate, test and deploy new features and products, and maintain a high-quality robust codebase. Deliver disciplined, maintainable and performant code across different areas of the business. Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices are adhered to. Understand KPIs and key business objectives to strategically drive projects forward.

Required Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Electronic/Electronics Engineering plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or closely related technical role. Three (3) years of experience in the following: Computer networking using CISCO IOS and Cyberoam firewall; Windows Client Management using active directory; Microsoft Office; and building windows computers.
