Responsible for managing orders and inquiries for exhibitor services events, updating exhibitor information in the CRM system, processing sales refund requests, documenting tax-exempt customers, executing marketing email blasts, handling equipment orders for onsite teams, and providing remote support for app-only events.

Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for helping businesses succeed at trade shows and events? Join our team as an Exhibitor Services Support Specialist where you’ll connect with exhibitors, drive lead solutions, and ensure seamless event experiences!

Primary Responsibilities

80% - Exhibitor Sales & Support

  • Engage exhibitors through outbound and inbound communication to understand their goals and match them with tailored lead solutions.
  • Process sales transactions, assist with troubleshooting, and manually update records in the CRM system.
  • Partner with designated Exhibitor Sales Representatives to determine optimal outreach strategies, including phone and email communications.
  • Guide exhibitors in selecting booth sizes, representatives, and lead retrieval solutions to maximize their success.
  • Support API Kit order fulfillment, processing, and troubleshooting to ensure exhibitors have the tools they need.

20% - Event Tech & Remote Support

  • Provide remote sales and technical assistance for app-only events, ensuring exhibitors maximize the power of lead retrieval technology.
  • Coordinate flyer shipments with the Onsite Deployment Manager for smooth event operations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for exhibitors via phone and email before, during, and after the event.
  • Offer event-hour availability, including nights and weekends, to support exhibitor success when needed.

Qualifications

1. Customer service experience with strong written, oral, organizational, analytical and communication skills

2. Ability to handle challenging situations and multiple tasks simultaneously and perform within tight time constraints

3. Experience in a sales operations environment directly supporting sales representatives with technical issues and deal closing activities preferred

4. Interpersonal skills required to interact with staff, colleagues, and management

5. Must be proficient with Microsoft 365 products Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

6. Backend administration in Smartsheet a plus

7. Hands on knowledge of DotDigital email marketing suite a plus

8. College degree or equivalent experience preferred
