JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Business or a related health care field or four years work experience in a health care/insurance industry (or equivalent)
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Verbal and written communication skills
Managed care customer service experience
Demonstrated proficiency of word processing spreadsheets and database software
Drug information skills
Handle multiple tasks and strong organizational skills
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 years call center experience
1-2 years retail experience
State specific Pharmacy Technician License (IL, MT, NM, OK, TN, or TX)
Star rating system knowledge
Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
Telecommute Position: Must live within the state lines of IL, MT, NM, OK, TN, or TX, to qualify.
