Art Director / Head of Design
Location: Remote
Reports to: SVP, Business Operations & Creative

D.Luxury is a digital growth agency specializing in performance-driven creative storytelling for DTC fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands. We work with industry-leading and emerging clients to create beautiful, high-performing creative that drives growth across every channel—from web to email to paid social.

We’re seeking an experienced Art Director / Head of Design to lead our in-house design team and elevate the creative output across all brand touch points. This is a highly collaborative leadership role for a design thinker and digital native who knows how to design creative converts and captivates.

Applicants must have extensive experience concepting and designing paid social creative campaigns for DTC fashion, beauty, and/or lifestyle brands. Portfolios that do not demonstrate this experience will not be considered.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire the in-house design team, setting a high bar for visual excellence and creative thinking across all deliverables

  • Own the visual direction and execution of digital marketing campaigns, email design, landing pages, paid social ads, and more

  • Art direct and develop treatments for seasonal campaigns, site refreshes, and product launches in collaboration with copywriters, strategists, and brand leads

  • Mentor and manage a growing team of graphic designers, providing thoughtful feedback and guidance to support their growth and performance

  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative Strategy and Marketing to ensure that all creative assets align with brand goals and drive performance

  • Stay ahead of trends in fashion, beauty, and digital design, bringing fresh, relevant ideas to the table for our roster of luxury and lifestyle clients

Who You Are:

  • A highly skilled digital designer with 5–7+ years of experience in fashion, beauty, or wellness—agency or in-house, with at least a few years working directly for a brand

  • A portfolio that showcases strong, conversion-minded design for email, web, and paid social

  • A creative thinker with the ability to concept and art direct treatments for campaign moments, launches, and seasonal initiatives

  • A natural leader with proven experience mentoring and managing designers, and building a collaborative, high-performing design culture

  • Motivated by performance and curious about the “why.” You value data as a creative tool and seek out insights to understand what’s working—and what’s not—to drive continuous improvement

  • Detail-obsessed, fast-moving, and adaptable—you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where no two days look the same

  • Deeply familiar with the tools of the trade (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc) and up to date on what’s trending in digital and social creative
