  • Drive client expansion opportunities—growing accounts across additional rooftops and products through consultative selling, both virtually and in person.
  • Deliver high-impact, data-driven business reviews to Dealer Principals, GMs, GSMs, and other key stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal performance teams (Paid Search, Social, Display, Video, Local SEO) to ensure campaign excellence and measurable ROI.
  • Educate clients on best practices for leveraging our AI-powered technology to improve lead handling, messaging, and customer engagement.
  • Track and analyze campaign and platform performance—providing optimization strategies that align with dealership goals.
  • Capture client feedback and help shape the future of our AI product by contributing to feature requests, enhancements, and innovation priorities.
  • Occasional overnight travel required for on-site visits and strategic in-market presentations.

The Skills and Experience You Bring:

  • 3+ years experience in dealership or automotive technology client-facing roles, including CRM, digital marketing, or AI/automation platforms.
  • Proven success in managing relationships with dealer groups and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations, digital lead handling processes, and lead generation best practices.
  • Data-savvy mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics and translate them into client-friendly insights and recommendations.
  • Comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences, tailoring messaging to the client’s level of expertise.
  • Familiarity with online media channels and platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Display, SEO), as well as tools like Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, analytics dashboards, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high standard for client experience.
