Job Title: Director, Ambulatory Sales- SE/East
Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Director, Ambulatory Sales to lead and expand our footprint in the ambulatory healthcare sector. This role is responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, managing a high-performance sales team, and forging executive-level relationships with outpatient healthcare providers including physician practices, clinics, dermatology, urgent care, physical therapy, and orthopedic organizations.
The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the ambulatory care landscape, a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, and the leadership acumen to drive sustainable growth across the sector.
Essential Functions
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop, lead, and execute a national sales strategy focused on driving revenue growth in the ambulatory market.
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, and territory plans aligned with corporate goals and revenue targets.
- Provide strategic oversight and mentoring to a team of sales executives (or manage strategic sales efforts if team is small), ensuring high engagement, performance, and results.
Market Development & Executive Engagement
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise and mid-market ambulatory healthcare clients.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers (C-level executives, administrators, clinical directors).
- Represent RevSpring at industry conferences and forums to increase visibility and thought leadership in the ambulatory sector.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure our offerings meet evolving client needs and market demands.
- Deliver market intelligence to inform product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
Sales Execution & Forecasting
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through contracting, ensuring a consultative and solutions-oriented approach.
- Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to senior leadership.
- Drive accountability through consistent CRM usage and sales process adherence.
Minimum Requirements
Specific Job Skills:
- Deep familiarity with the ambulatory care environment and healthcare technology solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing large territories, complex sales cycles, and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional leadership, team development, and performance management skills.
- Strong consultative sales methodology and enterprise selling expertise.
- Executive presence and the ability to influence and negotiate at the highest levels.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 7+ years of progressive sales experience in healthcare, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
