Position Overview

Provide support and direction for the merchandising process, identifying growth opportunities, and protect needs of business for product category. Partner with regional merchandising teams, design and production to manage development process of product category. Provide ongoing GFE system management, sample management, preparation of adoption/line opening materials.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Create & Maintain assortment data accurately in GFE; from inception through the life cycle. Timely communication of Change Controls to cross functional teams and regions Work closely with design and fabric teams to ensure ministats are updated accurately and in a timely fashion. Attend line status meetings, proto and line reviews, managing to changes and next steps Attend Design meetings for product category Ensure accurate sample ordering and sample accuracy for product category in addition to tracking samples when samples are being lent out. Assist in meeting preparation and document maintenance for all major milestone meetings Partner with cross functional teams on calendar adherence for product category Elevate any pricing and IMU concerns to Merchandiser Understanding selling and regional needs Create competitive analysis, identifying new opportunities / trends appropriate for Lauren PFS point person for all day to day

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Merchandising experience
  • Strong analytical and retail math skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal & teamwork skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented & accurate
  • Resourceful, efficient and takes the initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook , PowerPoint
