Diner, the pioneering farm-to-table restaurant in Brooklyn, is seeking a full-time Line Cook.

The ideal candidate will:

Have 1 year of professional cooking experience with excellent production skills
Have previous grill cook experience
Bring detail and care to their work
Be reliable, focused, organized, communicative, and curious
Be able to self-manage as well as be managed
Be organized, friendly, and reliable
An interest in working in various capacities toward meeting the goals of the team and the business.

While performing the duties of the job, a Line Cook is regularly required to stand and walk; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. They must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
