Oversee a homeroom of approximately 15 boys, serving as the point person for parents, teachers, and administrators.
Teach a full course load: Language Arts, History, Homeroom.
Collaborate with colleagues, outside institutions, and administrators to develop and/or enhance signature units that showcase students’ thinking and presentation skills.
Participate fully in grade-level, departmental, and faculty meetings.
Attend chapel and give chapel talks; attend lunch and special student activities such as class plays, concerts, etc.
Maintain effective professional communication with students, parents, teachers, and administrators through a variety of means, including meetings, conferences, contact notes, and formal academic reports.
Engage in ongoing professional development.

Dynamic yet organized teacher who understands boys and prefers teaching middle school students
Master’s Degree
Exceptional communication skills, including polished writing skills
Commitment to boys’ education and character education

Salary range dependent on experience: $69,500 - $113,300
