Help build and drive the Partnerships engine

We’re growing our GTM team and hiring our first Head of Strategic Partnerships to build and scale our strategic alliances. Work closely with our founders, sales, and product teams, and help bring DualEntry’s AI-powered ERP platform to mid-market finance teams.

Strategic partnerships are essential for unlocking new revenue, driving co-marketing, and generating a consistent flow of qualified leads. As our first dedicated Partnerships leader, you’ll develop a scalable, data-driven partnerships engine leveraging AI and growth automation tools to give you executional power (→ what used to take a team of ~5 people).

Where you'll create impact

As part of our Partnerships team, you’ll define and lead DualEntry’s partnership strategy and execution — identifying and partnering within strategic categories (e.g., system integrators, accounting firms, consultants, SaaS providers).


You’ll expand our partner network, nurturing key relationships, attending events, hosting events, hosting webinars, and in-person meetings.


You’ll build scalable processes using automation and AI to source, qualify, onboard, and activate partners, driving joint go-to-market efforts such as referral programs and co-marketing campaigns.


You’ll own partnership metrics, create dashboards, run experiments, and analyze funnel performance.


You should be open to US travel 1–2 times per month.


How you'll work at DualEntry

Work closely with founders, sales leadership, product, and marketing teams. Bridge partnerships and internal teams, influence GTM strategy, and help us scale aggressively and intelligently.

What sets you up for success

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in B2B partnerships, GTM strategy, or Business Development
  • Proven track record building partnership programs from 0 to 1 and consistently generating SQLs
  • Hands-on experience with modern partnership tools (Partner.io, Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs)
  • Data-driven mindset, experience using AI-driven lead generation tools
  • Experience executing co-marketing initiatives and partner incentive programs
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and A/B testing skills
  • Ability to be onsite in New York at 7 World Trade Center, 5 days per week


Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience with growth automation tools (Clay, UnifyGTM, Apollo, Lemlist)
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, or B2B tech sales
  • Background in demand generation or account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Passion for martech, growth hacking, and outbound automation

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $100K–$150K
  • Commission: $30K–$60K (OTE $130K–$210K)
  • Equity: $80K+
