Fast-Casual Concept

We’re a growing fast-casual brand seeking an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about great food, team development, and creating a welcoming customer experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the bakery, ensuring product and service quality
Collaborate with FOH and BOH staff to maintain smooth service flow
Build and lead a strong, motivated team through coaching and mentorship
Ensure compliance with all food safety and cleanliness standards
Place and receive vendor orders; manage inventory levels
Handle daily cash deposits and maintain register accuracy
Conduct interviews and onboard new team members
Prepare and manage staff schedules
Monitor KPIs and make operational adjustments to meet targets
Troubleshoot and report facility or equipment issues
Attend weekly meetings with upper management to align on goals and initiatives

Qualifications

Available to work full-time (50–55+ hours/week) including weekends and holidays
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
Reliable transportation and ability to commute or relocate as needed

Benefits
