As a Legal Counsel, you will be a trusted partner and advisor, responsible for providing comprehensive legal support across all commercial activities.

What you’ll be doing:

Take full ownership of the legal aspects of the company’s commercial engagements.
Draft, review, and manage agreements, amendments, and other legal documents.
Collaborate directly with Investing.com’s business units to negotiate and finalize deals while actively participating in decision-making processes.
Report to and work closely with the General Counsel at Investing.com.
Provide strategic advice and support on a variety of commercial legal matters.
Offer risk management guidance to mitigate potential challenges.
Manage relationships and activities with external counsel.

What you’ll bring:

Licensed Israeli attorney with over 2 years post-internship experience in commercial law, preferably at a major law firm.
Proven experience in general commercial law.
Native-level English proficiency (both written and spoken).
Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational skills to effectively prioritize and handle multiple matters with competing priorities.
