Job description

A sustainability-conscious lifestyle and fashion American brand is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As Head of Sales, you will own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. If you are a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, we want to hear from you.

As Head of Sales, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals. Your responsibilities include building a high-performing sales team, generating new business leads, cultivating client relationships, and negotiating profitable deals. To succeed in this role you must have experience selling to FMCG and e-commerce clients, with a solid understanding of wholesale and import/export trading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet revenue targets
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a team of sales professionals
  • Generate and qualify new business leads through networking and prospecting
  • Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
  • Analyze sales data and find opportunities to improve performance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging channels, and new products

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in a B2B sales role
  • Proven experience as a Head of Sales or similar leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong business acumen with experience in e-commerce and wholesale trading
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing and motivating a high-performance sales team
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Willingness to work in NY time (GMT-5)
