作为OTC商务经理，您将在我们的OTC交易业务覆盖全球，并积极寻求新的客户群体，为客户提供卓越的交易服务。如果您对加密货币行业充满激情，拥有杰出的销售和交易能力，并且能适应快节奏的环境，我们非常希望与您取得联系。

工作类型：全职 + 奖金

工作职责：
开拓新交易，积极寻找新客户需有自己的客户；
构建客户网络，转化客户资源需覆盖亚太地区；
主要负责华人区高净值个人和机构客户；
建立并保持良好的关系执行和管理OTC交易订单（包括法币出入金、大宗交易等）；
向客户提供投定制化的交易策略与内部团队紧密合作；
确保交易执行和结算流程无缝对接制定并实行营销活动；
吸引新客户，扩大我们的OTC交易业务；
遵守监管要求和内部政策

要求：
拥有一定的客户网络，能够为资金上下游服务和大宗交易提供支持；
在支付/金融/OTC行业的销售方面至少有3年的经验建立和维护客户关系有丰富的经验和良好的业绩；
对数字资产、加密货币和区块链技术有深入了解；
具备优秀的销售、谈判和沟通技巧；
能够在快节奏和竞争激烈的交易环境中表现出色；
具有出色的分析能力和对细节的高度关注；
中文作为母语，能使用英文日常交流
