Remote (preferably in Argentina)
Tangonet Solutions seeks a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Specialist to join our team. This remote position is preferably for candidates located in Argentina. As a Senior DevOps Specialist, you will be crucial in building and maintaining our scalable cloud infrastructure, developing CICD pipelines, and implementing containerization solutions. Your expertise will help streamline our development processes, enhance system reliability, and accelerate our deployment cycles.
Focus Areas:
1. Build Out of Highly Scalable Cloud Infrastructure:
- Design and Implementation: Participate in the architecture, design, and implementation of highly scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Scalability and Performance: Ensure that cloud infrastructure can scale efficiently to handle increasing loads and maintain high performance and availability.
- Cost Management: Optimize cloud resource utilization and manage costs effectively.
2. CICD Pipeline Development:
- Pipeline Creation: Develop and maintain robust continuous integration and continuous deployment (CICD) pipelines to automate the software build, test, and deployment processes.
- Automation: Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline deployments and reduce manual intervention.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve CICD processes to enhance efficiency and reduce deployment times.
3. Containerization:
- Docker Implementation: Implement and manage containerization solutions using Docker to ensure applications are portable and can run consistently across various environments.
- Kubernetes Orchestration: Use Kubernetes to orchestrate containerized applications, ensuring efficient management, scaling, and deployment of containers.
- Microservices: Support the adoption and management of microservices architecture using containerization best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to ensure optimal operation and uptime.
- Security and Compliance: Implement best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to foster a collaborative environment and ensure seamless software integration and delivery.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations.
