Ecosystem Engagement Manager

Our client, a leading company at the forefront of blockchain technology (ConsenSys), is seeking a talented Ecosystem Engagement Manager (EEM) to join their team.

The Role: Deepen Relationships & Drive User Growth

• Relationship Builder: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key dapp partners.
• MetaMask Champion: Ensure MetaMask remains the preferred wallet choice for dapps.
• Strategic Collaborations: Identify opportunities for co-development with dapps.
• User Growth Expert: Drive increased user referrals and engagement for MetaMask.
• Success Advocate: Develop and implement success plans for each dapp partner.
• Communication Champion: Improve tutorials and communication infrastructure for dapps and users.
• Conflict Resolution: Mediate between dapps and the organization to reach mutually beneficial solutions.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze insights and improve customer experience for MetaMask and dapps.

To be successful, you will possess:

• Strong understanding of the blockchain ecosystem and experience working with open-source developer communities (a plus).
• 4+ years of experience in relationship management, developer community management, program management, or a similar role.
• Independent work style with the ability to manage your own schedule and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a global, remote team.
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
• Adaptability and comfort working remotely across various time zones, potentially in multiple languages.
