HR Business Trainer (CDMX, MEXICO - Remotely)

For my client dynamic and rapidly growing franchise network specializing in innovative business solutions and expansion strategies (VR MARKET) we are searching for an experienced HR Business Trainer to support company's ongoing expansion by developing top-notch sales managers.

This role will be responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales managers, as well as creating motivational programs to optimize sales performance.

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is your foundation.
  • Fluency in Spanish AND English or Russian is required.

  • Create inspiring motivational programs and incentive plans that keep our team energized, engaged, and consistently performing at their best.
  • Continuously refine and elevate training content and processes to stay ahead of industry trends and meet our dynamic business needs.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure our training initiatives are aligned with broader business goals and strategies.
