Job description

iContainers is an online freight forwarding platform simplifies global shipping for businesses and individuals. Founded in 2007, it offers a user-friendly interface for booking and managing ocean and air freight services. iContainers enables companies and individuals to compare shipping rates, book FCL, LCL, and air shipments, and track cargo in real time, providing greater transparency and efficiency in the logistics process.

This role will play a critical part in supporting our marketing initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless data integration and performance tracking between Salesforce, Pardot, and other platforms, will also ensure the efficient execution of marketing automation processes, email campaigns, lead scoring, and robust reporting to optimize marketing ROI.

Your Responsibilities

Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot Management & Optimization

  • Manage day-to-day operations within Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement), including campaign setup, lead scoring, segmentation, and email automation.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns focused on lead nurturing and customer retention, ensuring alignment with sales initiatives.
  • Ensure Pardot and Salesforce integration is seamless for accurate lead tracking and hand-off between marketing and sales teams.

Analytics & Tracking

  • Implement and maintain cross-platform analytics tracking to ensure accurate data collection from all marketing channels (email, website, social, ads).
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards in Salesforce to provide insights on key metrics, such as campaign performance, lead conversions, and customer journey analytics.
  • Audit tracking setups regularly to ensure alignment between Google Analytics, Pardot, Salesforce, and other tools for holistic reporting.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Work with the rest of the marketing team to design and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and the web, ensuring accurate tracking and performance measurement.
  • Keep a clean, well-strategized email marketing automation campaign flow through Pardot Engagement Studio to drive qualified demand to the sales team.
  • Partner with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and compelling offers in email and digital campaigns.

Lead Data Management & Segmentation:

  • Manage and optimize the lead database, ensuring data cleanliness, proper segmentation, and effective use of dynamic content in Pardot.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and the outbound marketing specialist to align lead generation and nurturing efforts, focusing on creating segmented lists that target key industries and personas

Automation Documentation

  • Keep all the lead and account automated email outreach and marketing automation well documented.

Tooling Research & Innovation

  • Continuously evaluate and recommend new marketing tools or integrations to enhance marketing operations, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Stay updated on Pardot and Salesforce updates, implementing best practices in marketing automation, lead scoring, and CRM processes

Requirements

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement) and CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in analytics tracking across digital channels, including website traffic, email marketing performance, and conversion tracking.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methods and tools to improve campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance, with the ability to create dashboards and reports in Salesforce.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation workflows, and UTM tracking setup.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines. 

Your Competencies

Technical:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce reports and dashboards for marketing analytics.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Kibana, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with cross-platform attribution modeling and marketing ROI analysis.
  • Experience using API is a plus
  • Proficiency in database management and SQL.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
