Our mission and where you fit in

At Employment Hero, we’re an ambitious bunch of people on a mission to make employment easier and more valuable for everyone.

Since our inception in 2014, we've had some pretty impressive growth (100% YoY), reached unicorn status in 2022, and now serve 300,000 businesses globally, with 2 million+ users on the platform. We have no plans to slow down.

There’s never been a more exciting time to join one of the fastest-growing SaaS unicorns, so let’s see if we could be a match!

What your days might look like

Reporting to our Performance Media Lead APAC, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Coordinator with expertise in managing Google Search campaigns. This is a full remote role supporting our APAC marketing team, where you’ll take ownership of paid media performance to drive business growth.

If you’re highly motivated, technically skilled, and eager to collaborate in a dynamic team environment, this is the role for you!

This is a full time position supporting the APAC timezone (8.30am - 5.30pm PH time, Weekday Day Shifts)

As our Performance Marketing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Google Search Campaign Management:
    • Assist in creating and launching Google Ads campaigns across various formats, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Remarketing.
    • Optimize ad copy with compelling headlines and descriptions aligned with campaign objectives.
    • Regularly review search term reports to identify negative keywords and refine targeting.
    • Monitor quality scores, impression share, and search terms, adjusting bids and budgets to meet KPIs.
    • Pause low-performing keywords, ads, or placements and redirect resources to better-performing elements.
    • Manage budgets to ensure campaigns are spending on target.
  • Campaign Optimization and A/B Testing:
    • Perform ongoing optimization of keywords, bids, and ad groups to maximize ROI.
    • Conduct and report on A/B tests for ad variations and landing pages, identifying winning strategies.
    • Monitor week-on-week campaign performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Tracking, Reporting, and Analysis:
    • Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
    • Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights to improve performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
  • Collaboration and Learning:
    • Work closely with the APAC marketing team to align campaigns with regional goals.
    • Stay updated on the latest platform features and paid media trends to refine strategies.

What you'll bring:

  • 2-4 years in performance marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads, preferably with SaaS software background
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Expertise in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and campaign tracking implementation.
  • Strong skills in campaign optimization, data analysis, and budget management.
  • Familiarity with ad extensions, automated rules, and advanced bidding strategies.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Excellent time management and collaboration skills.
