You are an experienced strategist with a well-developed skill set across the range of disciplines that make up workplace strategy. You are as creative as you are analytical, comfortable with data analysis, and adept at communicating insights with clear and compelling visuals.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are a nimble and agile problem-solver, and are highly effective at prioritizing tasks and seeing things through to completion. A self-starter with strong initiative, you enjoy working on a tight-knit team.
Passionate about workplace strategy, you are looking for a role where you will collaborate with corporate clients across industries to develop tailored workplace strategies that enhance employee experience, optimize space utilization, and support business growth. You’ll leverage research, analytics, and creative thinking to deliver impactful solutions that address current challenges and prepare organizations for the future of work.
In this role, you will…
Support the execution of a range of workplace strategy client engagements.
Conduct a broad range of discovery activities, including focus groups, interviews and surveys.
Analyze client data and discovery findings and translate insights to actionable workplace strategy recommendations.
Contribute to creating various presentations and reports, presenting complex ideas in a way that clients can readily understand.
Create materials illustrating workplace strategy concepts to support client presentation pitches.
Contribute to thought leadership developed by the team and stay current on workplace and employee experience trends and emerging technologies in order to inform strategic recommendations.
What you’ll bring
2-3+ years of experience in Workplace Strategy; this experience could be at a variety of firms, e.g. architecture & interior design, consulting, or end-user.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; solid grasp of Excel sufficient to enable utilization analysis. Excellent command of PowerPoint, adequate to enable the creation of compelling visual presentations.
Space and occupancy planning experience a plus
Change management experience or certification a plus
Approximate Salary Range for Role: $91,850 to $115,000
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
